• post-truth politics (also called post-factual politics and post -reality politics ) is a political culture in which debate is framed largely by appeals to emotion disconnected from the details of policy, and by the repeated assertion of talking points to which falsifying of facts by relegating facts and expert opinions to be of secondary importance relative to appeal to emotion. While this has been described as a contemporary problem, some observers have described it as a long - standing part of political life that was less notable before the advent of the internet and related social changes.
• It isn't just the U.S., the climate of blatant lies has permeated politics worldwide.Perhaps it is not that truth is irrelevant for politics but what is needed is a theory of truth that fits politics
Looking at the theatre of politics around us today, it is difficult not to give in to a sense of cynicism. Perhaps more than any other theme in contemporary politics,it is the prevalence of lies that defined the American election; the climate of blatant lies has entered into the way politics is conducted across the world today.
• Reality can be so complex that equally valid observation from differring perspectives can appear to be contradictory.

Understanding perspective in Relationships
When I' m counseling a couple, often times they both have the same exact experience but have cometely different perspectives of what actually happened. Usually one of the partners is trying to impose their perspective on the other, which is what's creating the conflict. The truth is, our individual perspectives are alike. There are no abosoulutes. Reality can be so complex that equally valid observations from different perspectives can appear to be contradictory.
• What is post truth literature ?
In the post-truth era characterized by lies, propaganda and fake news - many have raised the issue of the meanings in the literature. It is the task of the interpreter to find the meaning and truth in any literature text. Meanings and truth can be found through literary criticism and analysis.
